Experience

Sarah Hobson is an educational consultant with a particular expertise and interest in Behaviour, Equity, Social Justice, Diversity and Inclusion. She specialises and advises on a range of communication and behaviour concerns in order to improve outcomes. With over 20 years in the educational sector she comes with a wealth of experience and awareness of the changing landscape.

Unique Approach

Training and workshops can be created bespoke to need. Every establishment is different and caters for a range of dynamics. We strive to ensure training is applicable to the need and create a very individual approach.

 We can also offer 1:1 support for individual colleagues, consultancy for larger teams and senior leaders or delivery in other forums such as Solution Circles or mediation.

Our Expertise



  • We aim to help you or your team develop strategies, methods and techniques to strengthen communication. We are practiced in working with children and young adults who have barriers to learning or have suffered trauma and are finding it hard to access education.  We also support children who may have learning difficulties or who are on the Autistic Spectrum.  We are skilled in de-escalation techniques for teaching staff and pastoral teams, as well as classroom management and Behaviour for Learning Strategies which are essential for trainee teachers, ECT's and teachers who are newly qualified (NQT's).
  • We are skilled in delivering training around EDI, which could consider topics such as Unconscious Bias.
  • In the workplace? We can help to enhance communications within teams and between colleagues/ leaders and managers.  How do you have those difficult conversations with staff and still ensure positive outcomes?  This is something we can support and guide you with through training techniques and practical workshops.  
  • Does your team work with customers or in customer service? Have you considered how they interact with the public/ investors or stakeholders?  Training to ensure the best possible outcomes when communicating with customers is something we can provide to enhance sales and staff professional development.
